The Devtara launched during the night to version 0.9.4 of Yellowsn0w. This version is much more stable and seems to work much better with the Brazilian operators.
Update via the Cydia via Installer or by clicking Update on Yellowsn0w package.

The user Ana Claudia, of the iPhone, in Orkut, all fully managed by doing the following:
1. Download and install the BossPrefs via Cydia and Yellowsn0w
2. Disable all the functions that appear at BossPrefs (do not worry if not disable EDGE)
3. Reboot your Phone by BossPrefs
4. + Wait a min-1.30 until the screen Lockscreen
5. Take your SIM card and recole again.
6. Wait a minute
7. Go into Settings and turn on the "fly mode"
8. Disconnect now how Fly mode.I hope a little to appear the sign ... Yes invalid, then do the following:
1. Turn on Airplane mode again
2. Take the sim card,
3. Wait 5 seconds
4. Reinsert the SIM card again
5. Turn off the airplane mode mode

User Hi-Tech I reported that to work on your iPhone 3G the Yellowsn0w, he stated BossPrefs restart by using the Reboot the app.
If you do not know the BossPrefs, check this post.
He also told me that everything is working (calling, sending and receiving, 3G, ...) unless the SMS. We see that in going to.

Some users reported me that they are successful when getting off the old network settings.
For that, go to Settings> General> Reset> Reset Network settings, if your iPhone is in Portuguese. If it is in English, is: Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings.

Galera, chatting with some members of Devtara, we came to the conclusion that the problem in question the national iPhones. Thinking about it, search a bit to find a configuration (of another country) exactly the same standards followed by the Brazilian operators.
I am a U.S. iPhone 3G here and I'm testing the chip with the TIM. Talking to another member, the operator T-Mobile's Devtara, he told me what he did for the release function.
Follow the steps below, that everything will work:
If you already have installed Yellowsn0w, following our tutorial, go to step 2.
1) Install Yellowsn0w in Installer or Cydia
2) Uninstall Yellowsn0w in Installer or Cydia
3) re-install Cydia or Installer.
4) Make a Full-Reboot (Hold Home and Power for 15 seconds until the Apple of Apple).
5) Once the iPhone and restart the Springboard appears, remove the chip completely. NOT get in half until the message "No SIM" or "No SIM", completely remove the drawer of the chip.
6) Wait 60 seconds and reinsert the chip in the iPhone.
I am with everything working perfect. Receiving calls and making calls, browsing via 3G and EDGE, GPS is functional and also sending and receiving SMS.
