1. Download and install the BossPrefs via Cydia and Yellowsn0w
2. Disable all the functions that appear at BossPrefs (do not worry if not disable EDGE)
3. Reboot your Phone by BossPrefs
4. + O-Wait until the 1:30 min screen Lockscreen
5. Get your SIM card and RECOL again.
6. Wait a minute
7. Go to Settings and turn the mode "fly mode"

Guys, talking to some members of the DevTeam, we come to the conclusion that causes the problem in national iPhones. Thinking about it, researched a bit to find a configuration (another country) exactly the same standards followed by the Brazilian operators.
I have a U.S. iPhone 3G here and I'm testing the chip with the TIM. Talking to another member of the T-Mobile's DevTeam, he told me what he did for unlocking work.
Follow the steps below, that everything will work:
If you already have installed Yellowsn0w, following our tutorial , go to step 2.
1) Install Yellowsn0w in Cydia or Installer
2) Uninstall Yellowsn0w in Cydia or Installer
3) Reinstall Cydia or Installer.
4) Make a Full-Reboot (Hold Home and Power for 15 seconds until the Apple of Apple).
5) Once the iPhone and restart SpringBoard appears, remove the chip completely. NOT take half until the message "No SIM" or "No SIM", remove the drawer from the chip.
6) Wait 60 seconds and reinsert the chip in the iPhone.
I am with everything working perfect. Receiving calls and making calls, browsing via 3G and EDGE, GPS is functional, also sending and receiving SMS.
Well, here it worked.

1 - a version that uses the guy is - 0.9.1 .. and what is available in my Cydia is 0.9.4
2 - the file size is different tbém .. the guy uses the file with 2.7 MB .. and what is available in my Cydia is only 6.1 KB

Aleluiah trying since yesterday, I could at least run Hi Tim and to receive calls and send and receive sms's.
I left the sim card in the drawer for ages, in my case it was forgotten since lunch, when I came was with the message of No Service, then I called and hung up the airplane mode and the sign was there and soon the tim:>) but links to do not give it some signal in time, there has to come back on and off airplane mode again.

I spent all day trying until they succeed. Signal Tim perfect, everything is working ok. Brossprefs I used to reboot after you clear all opicoes after botei in airplane mode and back, and Tim soon appeared.

After so many feedbacks, the summary would be this (at least for most).
unlocking works partially, the more we are obliged to remove and reinsert the sim card to receive signal, the iphone gets calls, but when we make a call, catch the dialing program and temporarily drops the signal.
It seems that this problem when making calls is related to the difficulty that still has yellowsnow with sim card that has a menu of applications (services) embedded in it. This menu is a common practice in the Brazilian carrier, hence why so many people had the same problems.
I made an inquiry about the possibility of eliminating or disable this menu to Morimoto's guiadohardware.net and he replied as follows:
"In theory it would be possible yes, since they are stored in the editable portion of the card and some of the values can be changed even by SMS. I never got to see some software to edit them, but it is possible that some of these kits to back up contacts on the card offers options accordingly. "

Usually sites that have only GPRS networks are where the low access to network data does not justify a network upgrade (very common in rural or sparsely populated stretches of Av as Brazil and the Rio-Santos)
